I would never get 2 guys to drill and pull back 800’ a day along with handholes. Maybe 3 guys if in good dirt. That is two drill shots. So two pull backs. Moving and setting up. If I get 450/’day complete out of a 3 man crew I am happy.

My guys produce about 800ft a day of conduit and vaults on 4x10 work weeks. This yields roughly 12000ft a month which breaks down to about $4/ft. Once equipment is paid off, the cost is closer to $1.50-2/ft. This is in rural subdivisions where we have to drill 100%.
