I'm only 42, but it's odd how much further down everything is now than it used to be. I keep alieve in reserve, I never take it like ibuprofen or tylenol so it stays effective. I can have a disk bulge and 2 or 3 alieve and I'm back jumping off barrels in 45 minutes
