The input will will accept either "ubiquiti" or "cambium" polarity.
However, it needs positive voltage in relation to return. So if your power supply is not isolated from ground, one has to be careful that it is "positive" power, not "negative" power. Or stated differently: The more 'negative' voltage on the PoE input will be effectively tied to the return pins on the Vin inputs. So if you feed it from a PoE which is -48VDC in relation to ground, it will short out internally probably causing damage to the unit. The voltage range is from 12-58V nominal.
