I think QB would owe you an explanation of why they selected the reason code they did when adding you to the list. If you hadn’t been getting any, you may have some pushback against Quickbooks for putting you on the list. From what I can tell, you ended up on the MATCH list because Quickbooks listed you as a cancelled merchant account. Did IP Pay take the business even though you were on the MATCH list?
