We use them, not sure theres any directly attached over epmp. Are they not making ethernet links to the radio, or is it layer 2 issue? Verify negotiation on the ethernet link isnt flummoxed. Otherwise epmp is a pretty dumb bridge, unless this is two clients on an ap with sm isolation enabled, or there is a second connection between the switches causing a loop
