I still have a bunch of MFI units new in box on the shelf. I really feel sorry for the guys that were using the UBNT Solar stuff.

We still have UniFi Video at the office and still getting burned by Ubiquiti’s practice of abandoning hardware. Our current generation of cameras doesn’t work with the current version of the DVR, and the older DVR version isn’t updated anymore.  Neither our older DVR or the current ones support the older generation of cameras.

I guess it’s ok if you either never want to add a camera or if you’re willing to replace the entire system every few years.
