[AFMUG] More GPS Interference

This is only happening to 1 EPMP 1000 sector at this tower site, the 
others have no GPS issues.  AT&T is on the same water tower, and there's 
a cell monopole 50' away from it.  Haven't seen an AP follow such an 
exact pattern as this before.  We're above all the Cell equipment and 
there's nothing above or around the GPS Puck.  Just looks strange.
