There is also groups.io. I belong to a couple of groups with
them, and it works very well. There is a free version, but I don't
know what the limits are. The basic version is (I think) around
$240/year for up to 500 members. That gets a few interesting
features, like 30GB of storage, and unlimited subgroups (hey, we
could make OT a subgroup). This option has a feature where members
can donate to the upkeep.

Another option may be Google groups mailing lists, you need a business account to go above 100 members and I don't know all of the specifics but this might be a good alternative.
