Thanks Chris and Josh,

I was able to get it working by removing 7 digit dialing which we don't
need anyway.  ^[1-9][0-9]{9}T works for both if someone in calix land needs
to solve this down the road.  After it gets 7 digits and then times out it
sends it to the switch.
