Are there any Zhone operators on this list?
Using VoIP? What are you enabling (or disabling) in your VOIP Features? Some are self explanatory, but some aren't. For instance, my SEs (at VAR and Zhone) didn't know what CID-announcement does. Some make sense, but don't seem applicable to standard POTS service.
