Thanks Adam! The customer is me - I just used that ped / meter base as an example. In the real world I need MEG certified ringless but I'm trying to figure out if I actually need a breaker on it or if I can feed directly - There is surge protection on the lugs I'd normally connect a panel to and connecting a meter to the "output of" on a 60A breaker doesn't seem kosher to me.
