Interesting, keep us posted. I have two Spectrum pedestals on my property that don't appear to have any easement I can find, but I've never pursued it because we have a renter in one of the houses still using spectrum. Personally, I'd make them move it because they are a evil nasty company and you're only likely to get less than $10k out of them max.
