Well, in a large enough data set ‘death’ is always going to happen.    I was 
pretty freaked out the first time the churn reason was ‘dead’.   Well shit, 
that sucks.   But given enough customers I think it’s about one a month now.   

Workers Comp is pretty much the science of figuring it out based on occupation, 
so there is that.   Glad to see it has gone down significantly over time.
