Customer's SM went off line for almost two hours, and my only clue (besides it appearing off line from my end too) was this in the log file on the SM:

   09/26/2014 : 09:50:06 PDT : :Timezone set to PDT
   09/28/2014 : 13:44:26 PDT : :Stuck VC cleared (VC38)
   09/28/2014 : 13:48:24 PDT : :XO trim at min diff=-1498 c=7 cmove=-9
   f=7785 fmove=-148

 This is a PMP450 (5 GHz) on firmware 12.2.2.
