Gotta be a config somewhere that needs to be twiddled. Is the POTS into the device at 48/56 volts on hook? If not it may think the line is off hook. If you get POTS from an ILEC it will probably have that voltage, but if you get it from an ATA or some other method it may be too low.

The trunk is configured, no password on it (have tried with and without). Basic call routes have been configured including a catch-all, but whatever I do no phone will actually use the analog trunk(s). Any pointers?
