Are those Baffin boots warm? Looks like they're more for mud.

Hey guys,
My guys seem to be getting a little cold out there with our -30
windchills and I'm looking for advice on the gear best for these types
of temps. I've been trying to keep guys inside when wind chill is
below -20 but if we have a critical link go down and they need to
climb for 30-45 minutes or do a 2 hours install that is essential,
what gear is going to keep them happy and without frostbite? I know
they need to have all skin covered and I told them get some goggles as
well to keep their eyes covered.
What I'm looking for is the gloves, pants, boots, hats, etc that you
all recommend that will keep our techs happy when it gets REALLY cold
out. They seem to have enough stuff already to keep everything warm
but their hands. So the best types of gloves would be great to know
what to suggest/buy them.
Thanks
