JAB (Skybeam Colorado) has a site on their location in Denver, Colorado.
I built the site back when it was Mesa Networks (7 years ago?) and our old office was fed from the site. I didn’t negotiate the contract – but the rent was reasonable. Hopefully the reference helps you out. Anyone ever dealt with purina mills (land o lakes) for a mill lease ? Been trying to get on this site for years and going no where. Wondering if anyone has ever negotiated a lease with them or if anyone has any advice on getting some success ?
