I think I know what Gino is asking...

There are regular SFP's that have GPON built into it that can be plugged into a 
switch.  It can turn any standard SFP port into a GPON port on the ONU side, 
not OLT.

These should work in a MikroTik and make it an ONU.

Chuck is correct. they are not the same size.  There are no SFP's for GPON that 
work in any Mikrotik units.
