[AFMUG] Workman's Comp Coverage

Have a farmer, yes a farmer, who in addition to asking for proof of liability 
coverage is asking why the certificate doesn't have workman's comp coverage and 
if we have workman's comp coverage.
 
Is this normal practice in any leasing practice?
 
I've never  had that question asked in 10 years of doing this...
