[AFMUG] Roof lease for upstream ptp?

Can you write a lease with someone that will follow the property if the
current owner sells ? Looking at a roof lease for picking up fiber and ptp
back to my data center and the last thing I want to have happen is the
owner sells and the new owner wants the dish removed while I'm under a
multi year contract with the upstream provider ... anyone have ideas ?
