I grew up in central Illinois. Don't miss that place for a minute. Moved to Minnesota in the middle of High School. I liked living there better than Illinois, in spite of the brutal winters. Never knew how nice weather could be until I moved to California; even when it's "bad", it is a cake walk compared to most other places.
