I have it running on a firebox. Took about 20 minutes to get it working. It was an older model though, I stopped using it at my house and replaced it with a different board as the one I had only had 100meg ethernet ports on it.
Either way it worked perfectly fine, ran in my garage for a couple of years without issue.
