I think Sean read that wrong. $8000 was annual, not monthly. It would be $650 + monthly. Still takes 13 just to cover their rent before you start to even cover your other costs.

Sounds like to me the village is trying some tricky crap to make me offer more money then what I offered to them. So I like you guys input into this.
