Greatland is just an smooth over to get this merger completed but charter will be taking over the Midwest this what the TWC fiber construction person told me yesterday straight to my face.

He also said about Indiana was that Comcast will put Indiana under spin co for first 3 months then after that charter will be taking over since charter is buying out bright house which uses twc network. He also said this merger will happen later this year and also he seemed happy that charter will be taking over TWC instead of Comcast. Tim
