I have seen it and I have paid to have it evaluated by an attorney. Two words from your post come to mind “ridiculously broad” and “unenforceable”.

I always heard Bertram has a ridiculously broad non-compete - to the point where it might be unenforceable depending on who you ask? ___________________________ Mangled by my iPhone. ___________________________ Tyler Treat Corn Belt Technologies, Inc. tyler.tr...@cornbelttech.com ___________________________ On May 4, 2015, at 8:34 PM, Cameron Crum <cc...@wispmon.com> wrote: I asked. Simon is Leaving! Date: Mon, May 4, 2015 3:43 PM Apparently today is Simon's last day at Powercode. I don't need to know the why's and all that gossip but I do think we need to give him a good send off and say thanks for taking such good care of his customers. He's been a true professional in our industry and he had advanced Powercode in leaps and bounds beyond anything else out there. Any sort of new feature or idea we had he would implement it if it were possible. He's going to be a huge loss to our industry! Its going to be a massive job for Jacob to fill his shoes even though Jacob is also a great guy but wow this is devastating news to us..
