I bought one of those only to realize that the bit was SDS Max, while the drill 
was only SDS Plus. :-\

There's a ground rod driver attachment for most roto hammers, definitely for 
SDS Max, maybe SDS Plus. You'd want to use this in almost every case since it 
doesn't mushroom-head the end of the rod like a sledgehammer.
