Many towers have a locking door that can be added to cover the bottom of the 
pegs or ladder.

    That doesn't really help prevent it, though.  That just catches the guy 
that already did the damage.



    I'd do something like make the camera very obvious and motion activated 
lights if you want to do prevention.  What about using the sheet metal things 
for the base of the tower?
