Hi Leroy, We have a few of that model switch. Have no complaints, they seem to work as expected. There have been some reports on the list of packet loss issues between some mirotik hardware and some planet switches, but we have not seen that. One is in a sealed metal outdoor enclosure with no active cooling. Have not needed any support but I would approach the vendor first. We buy them from BisSysCon who is a WISPA member.
