I had a Mars panel and an L-Com omni to assemble today, both with stainless steel hardware, and I couldn’t find my tube of nickel anti seize and none of the auto parts stores seem to carry the right stuff for stainless steel anymore. I found a little packet of the good stuff in my desk drawer that I think came with a Trango “remote mount”, enough to do the 2 antennas. Then I ordered this for next time:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007NJODPO Most of the SS bolts for the Mars panel go into threaded holes in the cast aluminum mount, but a few have SS nuts. Also strangely the hardware is US not metric. Isn’t Israel on the metric system? Very nicely made, but pricey. Wish they had a drain hole in the corner for the dual slant orientation, I think I will drill one. Bummer on the bolts issue, you'd think for the price they could make that right. Had to cut bolts to finish alignment. Tomorrow I will fastened the liquid right and make pretty. Three links up. Four to.go
