We have seen no (new) show stoppers. We still see the occasional dropped 
session to an individual SM, but easy to clear from the AP.

If you're already running 13.4-build X, I think you should be able to 
upgrade in any order.

Otherwise, it is my practice to upgrade the SMs first, then the AP.
