Yeah I was going to bring up that the LC connector will not fit in the 
provided cable gland.  We ended up buying 25mm to 3/4 adapters, and 
adding a stub of 3/4 conduit out of the bottom of the Compact to contain 
the 6" long breakout on the fiber cable.

We had a tower top junction box on our telrad deployment,  just bought 
some 12ct multimode outdoor fiber and pit a small splice/terminal 
panel inside the jbox. Just used a normal duplex jumper from the jbox 
to the radio. We found a liquidtight conduit fitting that fit the 
threads on the radio body. I think this is not the solution you are 
looking for, but just sharing one solution.
