Any of the Rack mountable boards/cases should have a terminal block 
to wire a DC supply to it. 
I get tired of the non standard poe crap cuz it makes for crappy wire 
management 
You only get so much space to work with inside a cabinet.

Newer boards use both. Highest voltage takes the load. If it fails it will use 
the second input.
