Hello,

We're having some issues with our 3rd party help desk vendor and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with MC.NET. We received a mailing from them several weeks ago and after some brief research and discussions with them over basic details it sounds reasonable on paper... looking for some actual testimonial to go along with that though!
