[AFMUG] Correct firmware for R5ac-lite?

Can't seem to update a lite rocket, this is my first one.

I'm trying to go from 7.0.3 (shipped fw) to either;

XC.v7.1.3.27894.150713.1729

XC.v7.1.4-beta.28460.150710.1545

IS XC the correct type?

Keeps saying invalid image!
