I have a customer with a ptp800, been up for years, all of a sudden the Ethernet on our MT goes up down up down. They said they tried new cables, different ports, they also tried to use a MT SFP with a short fiber jumper to our MT as well, the fiber shows no link, but does show rx power of -41 (its a short 2 foot fiber jumper) ... The big ulgy thing, is that they don't have the password to it anymore, so now they are on the way to reset it, but was wondering if anyone else had any ideas why the Ethernet port would start going up/down or other troubleshooting suggestiongs. I do see the ODU sending 1000 Full only.
