Sprint has that program for rural operators. It's called their RRPP. I'm guessing these guys are participating in that program and subbing it out to others. Depending on what Sprint is doing in your area, you could gain access to 5x5 at 850 MHz, 5x5 at 1900 MHz and Nx20 TDD at 2.5 GHz. It would be built out to a mobile standard vs. a fixed standard.
