I think this list is still applicable, and generally best to stay clear of 
5600-5650 even if you’re not near a TDWR.

If you're set to the US, whatever the radio lets you do. Some have better 
compliance in 5600 - 5650than others. Some have better OOBE than others 
pertaining to the edges. Largely it's 5250 - 5350 and 5470 - 5725.
