I got shocked on public safety tower in Chihuahua City in mid 1990s.
Belt kept me safe but boy did it hurt..   Exposed tower light wires hidden
under 23Ghz radio mount.  Got my exposed wrist and hurt like hell.  I think
I glowed for day...
