It's really not that big a deal we've done it for years wiring ubiquity radios 
into cambium POE sources like cluster managers or sync injectors. On the end 
that we cross over with the nonstandard pan out usually the site in side the 
box we will put a specifically colored boots over the cable to indicate that 
that's the crossed over into
