Google sure doesn't sell bandwidth, but if they have a POP somewhere, it's highly likely that transport providers which sell EoMPLS circuits or other forms of transport to the nearest carrier hotel are also in there... Or at least a major carrier with a DWDM terminal (though their minimum may be a 10Gbps wave).
