What avionics do you need for the RLS? I wonder if there is an NDB/ADF approach plate too?
Surprised that the altitude was not sea level. Always presumed it to be on ice. I guess the ice could be that thick... You would think Santa could spring for a CAT III-c ILS. Surly it is justified, SLC put one in for the Olympics.
