[AFMUG] Cambium Headphone adapter

Does anybody sell the RJ14 to Headphone jack premade at a reasonable 
price, <$10?  I used to have a pile of them, but I Can't find them now, 
and I'm too lazy to go get the components to make one.

I think once upon a time, someone was selling a default plug and 
headphone adapter in a combo pack.
