Warning! If you have HW ID 1 ApexPlus OMUs, and you don't have the
management cabled, do NOT load the new 3.1.5 software on them. It looks
like the data port isn't configured for IBM at startup. Luckily I
figured this out on the bench before trying this on deployed radios! I
can see that IBM works internally because I can ping or telnet via debug
CLI between the radios. Any change of the IBM settings will make it work
instantly via data port. Next boot, same problem.
