My link from my home to my father’s is over burial phone line. Two pair, twisted. Does 100Mb FD, or at least it did until we had a mouse chew through it.
I’ve had the correct cable on hand for a decade or more, but the damn thing just keeps working. By the time we decide to upgrade we’ll have 802.11ac between my house and his and there will be no need for the cable. I suppose there are some perks to having a son that runs a WISP. I have seen a couple of solutions but they seem terribly expensive, at lease a lot more expensive than I remember. Thanks for any help finding these.
