Never had a problem with it. Only time it reboots is when it thinks it's run out of battery.

    Some things that would be nice to have:
    Rugged, survive a drop from a couple feet while working outside.
    Decent screen size, and daylight viewable.
    Good battery, especially in cold.
    Good Speaker phone
    Minor weather resistance, splashes etc, not submersion.

    I like how the CAT phones look http://www.catphones.com but with
    that size of screen, I'm afraid if you need a keyboard, you'll
    lose too much screen real estate.

    Any Brands/models I need to go check out?
