A decent price for a 100G point to point circuit is ~$12k/month in a competitive market. I've paid as low as $8k for a 100G point to point with a lot of competition involved.
Cost of deploying will vary greatly based on how you decide to approach it.. If you do anything layer2 or higher, it will cost you more to deploy.
