I replaced a dead 2011 with a 3011 last week... so far, so good. The only issue I've seen so far is a lot of "excessive or late collision, link duplex mismatch?" (there are no duplex mismatches), but that doesn't seem to be affecting anything as far as I can tell, and I haven't tried upgrading it to the latest version yet, so hopefully it's just a bug that's been fixed. Definitely a lot more powerful than the 2011.
