It appears that people don't use much more bandwidth on 100Mbps or 1000Mbps or 
50Mbps, kind of all the same.

I do plan on about 1-2Mbps per user prime time.

So 500 users max 1Gbps at peak times.

This is on fiber, users getting at least 100Mbps per user connection rate
