you mean copper ethernet, or ethernet in general?  because, uhm, every
serious radio these days is pure-ethernet and SFP based.

standard deployment nowadays is a 1310nm LX SFP to the radio.  Soon to be
10GbE SFP+ with new radios in a year or two.
