Ummm. .. probably not. The ports probably shut down in response to the overcurrent caused by the overvoltage.
You'll just need to remove power completely from the injector and re power it. This means both the power and the site monitor port. Just curious, are you sure those aps are dead? I know some devices have overvoltage protection and if that tripped, the injector may have shut down fast enough to save the label.
